At SPIEL Essen 2026, we’ll be there as part of HUNGAMES – the Hungarian Board Game Publishers Association, a community of Hungarian board game designers and publishers.
We’re coming to Essen together, presenting Hungarian board games under one shared identity. This year, HUNGAMES will primarily showcase four games: Got What It Bakes?, Pálinka, Aquapark and Pillow Fight.
So if you’re looking for Got What It Bakes? at SPIEL, look for HUNGAMES! Come meet the people behind the games, sit down for a demo, and discover contemporary Hungarian board game design.
Got What It Bakes? is a cozy yet strategic roll-and-write game for 1–4 players, combining dice drafting, resource management, set collection, and plenty of delicious recipes.
Draft dice, collect ingredients, manage your Time and Money, upgrade your bakery, and make every decision count.

The physical edition of Got What It Bakes? is currently available in Hungarian – but we’re bringing an English Language Pack to SPIEL Essen 2026!
The pack includes the language-dependent cards in English, while translations of the remaining Hungarian components will be available in an online Components Book via QR code.

Got What It Bakes? was created by Marianna Béres and Anikó Sajgó, two Hungarian board game designers who brought their love of board games, creativity, and baking together at the gaming table.

In 2025, Got What It Bakes? reached the finals of the August NestiFyz Monthly Champions, where our prototype was also reviewed by three industry experts.
That opportunity took us all the way to SPIEL Essen 2025, where we showcased the prototype at the NestiFyz booth and introduced our game to an international audience for the first time.
A year later, we’re returning to Essen – but this time with the published edition of Got What It Bakes?, its upcoming English Language Pack, and an incredible year of experiences behind us.
